We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses. At this time, we do **not** ship internationally outside the United States.

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within **1–3 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

5. Return Shipping

We provide a free prepaid return label for all eligible returns shipped within the United States. If you choose to use your own shipping method, shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is completed.

7. Exchanges

1. Cosmic Goat Limited Warranty

We warrant that all products purchased directly from Cosmic Goat will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original delivery date ("Warranty Period").

2. What Is Covered

  • Defects in materials or factory workmanship that occur during normal consumer use
  • Mechanical or electrical failures that are not caused by the customer

3. What Is NOT Covered (Specific Exclusions)

This warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, discoloration, fabric pilling, or fading)
  • Accidental damage, drops, impacts, crushing, or bending
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or use outside the product’s intended purpose
  • Liquid damage of any kind (water, coffee, sweat, etc.)
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, dust, sand, or dirt
  • Improper storage, handling, installation, or operation
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations by anyone other than Cosmic Goat or its authorized service providers
  • Removal, defacement, or alteration of the serial number or warranty sticker
  • Use of non-original or third-party accessories, batteries, or chargers (if applicable)
  • Commercial or rental use (this warranty applies only to individual consumer purchases)
  • Damage during shipping or transport by the customer
  • Acts of God (fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, etc.)
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product
  • Software issues, viruses, or data loss
  • Consumable parts (batteries, filters, bulbs, etc.) unless defective upon arrival

4. Your Exclusive Remedy

If a covered defect occurs during the Warranty Period, we will (at our option):

  1. Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts
  2. Replace it with an identical or functionally equivalent new or refurbished product
  3. Refund the original purchase price

5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Contact us within the 1-year Warranty Period
  2. Provide your original order number and clear photos/videos of the defect
  3. Follow the return instructions we provide (we supply a prepaid shipping label for valid U.S. claims)

6. Manufacturer Warranties
